Conditions

Arrival/Check In:

The schedule for your arrival and pick up of keys in our office is from 16 to 19h.
In case of arriving between 19 and 23h. The customer must pay on arrival the amount of 50 €, upon request and according to Marina Calafat, S.L.U.

Departure/Checkout:

Departure time is from 8 to 10h.

Payment Methods:

When booking: 30% of the total by bank transfer.
On arrival: 70% (before the occupation of the house, by bank transfer, VISA/Mastercard or cash).

Prices include:

Consumption of water, gas and electricity.
Garden and swimming pool maintenance.
Bedding for the number of people indicated in the contract.

Bail on the day of arrival you must deposit a bail of 100 € that will be returned to you the day of your departure, discounting the costs of repairs and damages if any.

COVID-19, EXCEPTIONAL SITUATION:

MARINA CALAFAT,S.L.U. undertakes to refund the tenant in full the pay and signal in case of :
- If the tenant cannot move to the place of rent due to the regulatory provisions established by the State (confinement, isolation, prohibition of travel, etc.).

- If the renter is obliged to waive the rental of vacation due to the regulatory provisions established by the State (sanitary conditions, prohibition of rent, etc.).

This guarantee does not, however, apply to other reasons of impediment that the tenant may invoke (closed beaches and restaurants, personal concern, etc...) Where applicable, the normal cancellation conditions linked to the committed quantities shall apply:

a.- Up to 45 days before arrival 50% of the amount of the advance.

b.- Less than 45 days before arrival the amount of the advance will be in the possession of MARINA CALAFAT,S.L.U.

Cancellation Conditions:

Cancellation up to 45 days before arrival, 50% of the amount of the advance.
Less than 45 days before arrival the total amount of the advance shall be held by Marina Calafat, S.L.U.

Extra Services

Extra bed/rollaway: 50 €/week

Baby cot: 40 €/week

Towels set: 8 €/person

Pets: If you bring your pet, always with the confirmation from Marina Calafat, S.L.U.
Mascot: 6 €/day
